About

I am a PhD student at the University of Toronto, where I am advised by Professor Eyal de Lara and Professor Niv Dayan. I am currently working on Key Value Stores and Distributed Systems.

Previously, I was a Research Staff Member at IBM Research where I worked on big data analytics as part of the Cloud and Data Technologies Group. I am also a co-creator of the open source project Xskipper - an Extensible Data Skipping Framework for Apache Spark.

Before that, I received my B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.

My research interests are in cloud computing, distributed systems, large-scale data processing and infrastructure for data analytics.
